At Utter/Morris, we recently had the privilege of volunteering with the United Way Hamilton Halton at the Community Living Burlington Centre for a Day of Caring. It was a day filled with meaningful connections and impactful work as we joined hands with the United Way to support this wonderful organization. Community Living Burlington does incredible work in providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities, and being able to contribute to their mission was truly rewarding.
During our Day of Caring, we had the opportunity to engage in various activities, from assisting with daily tasks to spending quality time with the individuals at the centre. The sense of community and togetherness was palpable, and we were reminded of the power of coming together to make a positive difference. We are grateful to the United Way Hamilton Halton for organizing this opportunity and to Community Living Burlington for welcoming us with open arms. Volunteering with such dedicated organizations reaffirms our commitment to giving back and supporting the communities we serve.
